Cochran Review: This salad really made up quick and it is sweet, tangy, light, filling, and delicious!! You definitely want to give this one a try!!! I used the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce from my prize basket, and I really enjoyed it! I used sesame oil I had on hand, since I didn't have LKK's. Also, I used Rice Vinegar. Enjoy!!!!
