Cochran Review: This was the first ham I've ever made. It was really yummy and huge!! We ate dinner, had leftovers, and froze two portions! So nice to know I have to premade dinners in the freezer if I need them. This was very flavorful and juicy! I even diced some up and cooked it in our eggs that week! Don't you just love meals with multiple purposes? Enjoy!
