Cochran Review: This meal was literally simple and delicious! I made it in about 20 mins! It is really full of flavor! We served it with Jasmine rice that I made in the rice cooker (another one of my fav kitchen toys)! I cooked it as the recipe calls for except I used olive oil instead of canola oil. Enjoy!
